Located on Cambridge Circus between Charing Cross Road and Shaftesbury Avenue stands one of the most iconic venues in the West End’s theatreland: the Palace Theatre.
Built in 1891 by Thomas Edward Collcutt, and commissioned by Richard D’Oyly Carte, this impressive, red-brick building has been home to many award-winning theatre productions including Jesus Christ Superstar (1972-1980) Les Miserables (1985-2004), The Commitments (2013-2015) and in July 2016 it welcomed the highly-anticipated Harry Potter and The Cursed Child.
