Fabrique opened its first bakery in Stockholm, Sweden in 2008 and is now well-renowned for producing quality breads, buns and pastries baked onsite each day. The bakery uses traditional techniques and the freshest, finest ingredients to provide a distinctive alternative to factory-baked products.
Having built up a glowing reputation over the past few years with its first UK branch in Hoxton, Fabrique now brings its baked products to Seven Dials at their Earlham Street outpost. The sticky cinnamon buns - or “kanelbullar” as they are known in Swedish - are the standouts, but their crunchy artisanal breads and exquisite coffee are definitely worth trying too.
