TAP London is a non-profit founded in 2017, dedicated to improving the lives of homeless Londoners through technology.
Since launching this campaign in partnership with the Mayor of London on the 28th November, TAP London has raised over £15,000 for the London Homeless Charities Group, by compelling over 5,000 Londoners to make a £3 contactless donation. (You can keep checking this on their site where they have a live ticker, that way your numbers will be the most up to date).
The London Homeless Charities Group is a coalition of 22 charities, and 100% of every donation raised goes towards supporting a London based project put forward by each of these charities. These range from initiatives providing psychological support to rough sleepers, to providing palliative care for the homeless.
There are currently 58 units installed around London, which will be increasing to 91 in the winter months (we install around 10 units per week)
