Almost 200,000 people from around the world have signed up to try the vegan lifestyle this month with Veganuary, indicating that 2020 could be the year it truly hits the mainstream with participants almost doubling each year!

In Seven Dials, you are spoiled for choice with vegan options in a number of restaurants throughout the area. Just to name a few…

Tredwells, who have launched their Vegan Roast especially for Veganuary. You simply must try it for yourself, including a B12 burger, lentils, caramelised onions and jackfruit.

On the well-balanced menu, YEDA has loaded salads, several wonderful tasting sandwiches and wraps that can be toasted in a grill, and an already popular Breakfast Burrito. The selection of hot mains includes shakshuka, butternut mac, chickpea and coconut curry, and a sweet potato waffle.

World famous vegan bar and restaurant, Redemption, at 15 Shorts Gardens, are serving up vegan, sugar-free and wheat free food with an alcoholic-free bar. Have you visited yet?

Monmouth Kitchen have a plant based menu this January, offering new dishes such as Robata grilled baby aubergine, acovado and corn salad with blackberry dressing, tomato ceviche and many more.

Adding more delicious (and very colourful) vegan dishes to their menu you to explore, Wild Food Cafe in Neal’s Yard is a must visit!

And if you’re looking something guilt free but equally as delicious as the real thing, Rossopomodoro have vegan pizzas on their menu too!

Veganuary isn’t all about food… we are becoming more aware about the ingredients in the products they use on their face, body and hair, too.
