We would appreciate a few minutes of your time to help us understand what else Seven Dials can do for you and what it is you look for when visiting our streets. It has been a tough couple of months for all our independent brands, cafes and restaurants based in Seven Dials London.

With that in mind, we are keen to get you all back to our beautiful area to support the community and enjoy everything that our streets have to offer but first, we want to ask you a few questions to help us stay on track.

The survey should take just a couple of minutes out of your day and once completed you will be entered into a draw to win £100 to spend with your favourite restaurant or café in Seven Dials.

Terms and Conditions


  1. Participant means any person who is entered into the competition by virtue of their completion of the Consumer Survey in adherence with these terms and conditions.
  2. Promoter means Shaftesbury Covent Garden Limited.
  3. Consumer Survey means the survey maintained at 
  4. Prize means a £100 voucher for redemption at a restaurant or food and beverage location of your choosing from the list outlined here.

The competition

  1. The Promoter is operating a competition whereby individuals shall be entered into a prize draw for the Prize if they complete the Consumer Survey (the Prize Draw).


  1. To become a Participant in the Prize Draw, an individual must complete the Consumer Survey in full before 23:59, Friday 30th October.
  2. Survey responses received after the time and date outlined at clause 6 above will not result in valid entry into the Prize Draw.
  3. Entrants must be over 18 and reside in the UK.
  4. Employees of the Provider, as well as the employees’ friends and family, are not eligible for the Prize Draw.

Deciding the outcome of the competition

  1. Each Participant will be assigned a number.
  2. The winner of the Prize will then be chosen using a random number generator.

Claiming the Prize

  1. The winner of the Prize will be notified by email on the day the winner is selected in line with clause 11 above.
  2. The winner has until November 20h, 2020 to claim the Prize from the Promoter (or an agent of the Promoter) by return email, outlining the location at which they wish to use the Prize.
  3. The winner has until December 14th, 2020 to use the Prize.
  4. The Prize is provided by the Promoter, while the competition will be operated by the Promoter and its agents.

Data Protection

  1. Personal data collected by the Consumer Survey will be stored in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, a copy of which may be viewed here.  


  1. By completing the Consumer Survey, the Participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
  2. The Prize cannot be transferred or exchanged.
  3. The Promoter accepts no liability for any loss or damage that results from the Prize.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this competition, this includes cancellation of the competition itself. The Promoter accepts no liability for loss or damage caused by alterations or cancellation of the prize.
  5. The competition is governed by of the laws of England and Wales.
