Bubble Slide Girl: Monmouth Kitchen, Monmouth Street

To celebrate The Art of Banksy Exhibition coming to Seven Dials on 20th May, Peruvian inspired restaurant, Monmouth Kitchen has created a limited edition cocktail, ‘Bubble Slide Girl’.

The cocktail is inspired by some of Banksy’s most famous pieces including Bubble Slide Girl, Girl with Flair and Love is in the Air. Head Mixologist, Pierpaolo Schirru, encapsulates the themes of these iconic works through flavours of pomelo and grapefruit gin, contrasted with the earthiness and floral tones of the Pisco La Caravedo, finished with a theatrical rosemary edible bubble smoke – yum!

Banana Warehouse Cocktail: Seven Dials Market, Earlham Street

‘The Banana Warehouse Cocktail’ pays homage to Seven Dials Market’s previous life as a Banana Warehouse in 1800s London. It’s fruitiness and joy in a glass and is made with East London Liquor Company Demerara Rum, egg yolk, Akashi Tai Sake and garnished with a little nana (of course!).
