Awards season is fast approaching, so if you’re looking to walk down your own red carpet, then Seven Dials can help! The Actors Centre, at the Tristan bates Theatre, invites all established actors to take part in its 'Recharge Weekend' -  this Saturday and Sunday, the 22nd and 23rd January.

During the weekend, catch some of the UK’s leading theatre practitioners, such as Selina Cadell and Anne Morrison, in a series of workshops covering everything from voice technique to contemporary theatre techniques.

Spotlight - the UK’s leading casting resource - will also be supporting these workshops, providing participants with handy hints and tips on how to better your acting career.

If you’re looking to hit the big screen instead then hold out for the 12th February, when The Actors Centre will be giving a taster session of its TV and Casting Workshops. Ditching the glamour, the workshops will explain how TV castings really work, demands of the film set and current practices in British TV.
